Return Policy

This Return Policy describes how we handle requests related to the printable guides, one-pagers and any future paid materials offered by Livecharge. Our aim is to be fair, friendly and straightforward.

1. Free printable guides

Many of our printable guides are offered free of charge to readers who request them through our contact form. Because no purchase is made, no return or refund is necessary. If you decide that a free guide is not for you, you can simply discard or delete it.

2. Paid digital materials

If you have purchased a paid digital download from us, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, in line with UK consumer law. To be eligible, the request must include the email address used at checkout and a short note describing the issue. We may ask you to confirm that you have not retained or shared the file.

3. How to request a refund

  • Use the contact form on our website to send us your request.
  • Include the date of purchase and the email address used.
  • Briefly describe the reason for the request — this helps us improve our materials.

We will acknowledge your request within two working days and aim to resolve it within seven working days.

4. Issues with the file

If a download is corrupted or you cannot open it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly send a fresh copy at no additional cost. Often a quick file replacement is the fastest route to a happy outcome for everyone.

5. Refunds processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to ten working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exceptions

We may decline a refund if there is clear evidence that the file has been printed, shared or otherwise used beyond personal review, or where the request is made more than 14 days after purchase. We will always explain our reasoning in writing.

7. Workshops and events

If we ever offer paid workshops or events, separate booking terms will be made available at the time of purchase and will take precedence over this Return Policy for those specific bookings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent change.
